Cocòl - Made in Italy
Il 2014 si è già presentato come un anno intenso e pieno di impegni.. ma noi abbiamo tanta voglia di fare e non ci faremo fermare per nulla al mondo! Oggi vi raccontiamo come si creiamo i nostri capi, dandovi come esempio un cappottino in felpa, che abbiamo chiamato Alpha.
Per la produzione di ogni capo, partiamo sempre dal cartamodello, una rappresentazione su carta dei ritagli di tessuto che compongono un abito. Per fare questo lavoro bisogna individuare: la linea della silhouette, che ci permette di avere una visione d'insieme del capo; i tagli necessari, come il seno o la vita; gli scarti, ovvero la stoffa tagliata da cui cerchiamo sempre di recuperare pezzi per creare qualche elemento decorativo; le pieghe o i drappeggi; la manica e le tasche. La modellistica serve per determinare il metodo di costruzione del capo e rappresenta la prima fase del processo produttivo.
La seconda riguarda tutte le operazioni che precedono la confezione, come lo sviluppo taglie e piazzamento. Lo sviluppo taglie riguarda la riproduzione del prototipo di ognuna delle taglie in cui esso deve essere realizzato. Lo scopo del piazzamento è quello di determinare come debba essere tagliato il tessuto al fine di ottenere le varie parti del capo. Il taglio è la fase di produzione di questi componenti dal tessuto.
Successivamente abbiamo il confezionamento, che prevede l'unione delle varie parti del capo con delle cuciture, ed infine la finitura, con cui il prodotto viene ispezionato e reso idoneo per la vendita, a livello di presentazione, piegatura ed imballaggio.
Oggi stiamo producendo una giacca e un cappottino in felpa. Il modello ha una linea bon ton con delle taschine sui fianchi. Sul retro abbiamo aggiunto una cinturina morbida con due bottoni. Appena terminato il lavoro vi pubblicheremo tutte le foto!

This year has already proved to be intense and full of tasks.. but we won't let anything stop us or slow us because we want to work hard and achieve our goals! For this reason, today we will try to explain how we create our outfits, taking as an example a lovely coat we are producing.. it is called Alpha.
As for every other garment, we always start by making a paper pattern, which is a representation on paper of the fabric pieces that build up an outfit. In order to make this process quick and precise, it is necessary to identify some important elements: the line of the silhouette, which allows us to have an overall view of the garment; the parts (cuts) needed, such as breast and circumference; folds or drapes; sleeves and pockets. This process is used to determine the method of creation of the garment and it reppresents the first phase of the production process.
The next phase refers to all the operations which concern the tailoring of an outfit, such ad the development of size chart and the placement. The development of the sizes is the reproduction of the prototype in all the sizes in which it should be created. The purpose of this phase is to determine how the outfit should be cut in order to otbain the various parts. Then we need to cut the different elements of the cloth which will be then sewn to create the outfit.
The tailoring, which is the union of the different pieces of the garment, and the finishing, referrint to the inspection and control if the outfit is suitable for sale (concerning the presentation, ironing and packaging).
Today we are producing a fleece jacket and a coat. The model has a bon ton image with small folded pockets on the sides. On the back we added a little belt with two soft buttons. We'll show all the pictures as soon as it's ready!
